Opening week of the Health Days - Heart Month activities of the Smart4Health project in Funchal

During this week, several awareness-raising activities were carried out among the population through activities to promote physical exercise, awareness programmes for cardiovascular health, blood pressure screenings and additional clarifications, all of which were provided by a nursing team from the Fundação Portuguesa de Cardiologia. Information was also provided to citizens to stimulate digital health literacy, with support being provided to interested participants wanting to enrol in the Smart4Health digital platform.
