This workshop, organized by the Madeira Interactive Technologies Institute (ITI) and the Laboratory for Robotics and Engineering Systems (LARSYS) of the Instituto Superior Técnico, was held at the University of Madeira, Funchal, on the 4th of December 2021. Several projects were presented, including the "Madeira Digital Health and Wellbeing" initiative that was presented by Professor Ricardo Jardim Gonçalves (Director of UNINOVA - Instituto de Desenvolvimento de Novas Tecnologias). This meeting was attended by the Regional Secretary of Health and Civil Protection, who spoke about the research projects under execution in Madeira and the strategic position of digitalization in the Health Sector in the Region.
