The Madeira Digital Health and Wellbeing initiative was at the official presentation of “Hub Azul Madeira”, a project aimed at developing an innovative ecosystem in Madeira in the blue economy domain. The event, which took place at the “Salão Nobre do Governo Regional”, counted on the presence of the President of the Regional Government of Madeira, Dr Miguel Albuquerque and the Regional Secretary for the Economy, Dr Rui Barreto. Representatives from various public and private partner entities were also present, including Faber, Indico Capital Partners, Blue Forward Fund, Ocean Born Impact and Alphacor. During the event, strategies for developing a sustainable blue economy with a positive economic and environmental impact in the Region were presented and discussed.
